Most suppliers above £1m turnover land on Pro.
Are my trade prices ever public?
No. Anonymous visitors and end consumers see images, attributes, and product names; never trade prices, MOQs, or per-stockist tiers. Stockists only see prices once you approve their connection.
Can I run per-stockist trade prices?
Yes, on Pro. Set tiered prices per stockist, MOQ rules per category, pack-size rules. Each stockist sees only their own quote. Your old PDF "trade price list 2026 (FINAL_v3).xlsx" becomes one rule set.
What happens if I cancel?
You drop to the Free tier. Your catalogue stays live (50 SKUs, 1 stockist), and any active stockist connections remain in place but stop seeing fresh updates above the free limit. No exit fees, no clawback.
